east real has made a big deal in the real estate sector of Saint Petersburg.
“…The east real corporation has made a big deal in the real estate sector of Saint Petersburg. It has acted as an agent for the conclusion of the tenancy agreement between the commercial centre Prizma and the open joint-stock company “MRSK Nordwesten”. The press agency “Rosbalt-Petersburg” has received such information from East Real’s press service”.
east real has let more than 6,000 m² of office space during the first three months of this year. Among them is the largest business negotiation in the commercial real estate sector – the unique letting of 3,000 m² in the commercial centre Prizma (class B). The tenancy agreement was signed last week. The tenant is the open joint-stock company “MRSK Nordwesten”, belonging to an affiliate of one of the largest energy trusts of the country.
The international corporation east real with its headquarters in Vienna has 12 years of experience in the area of management, development and marketing of real estate property, which has been proved by investment projects worth several millions that were realized in shopping and commercial centres in Eastern Europe.
The Russian representation of the east real Holding has been working on this real estate market since June 2006 and specialises in advice and estate agent’s performance in the real estate sector. At the moment the company is offering offices (class A and B) in about 20 commercial centres.
east real’s administration is satisfied with the results of the activities during the first quarter of 2007. However the administration characterizes the given stage as a transition to the main activity and respectively to direct investments in commercial real estate property.
