The company “onlinehausverwaltung d.o.o” has already realized numerous projects in Europe. One of it is the biggest shopping centre in Croatia - CITY CENTER ONE.  The idea for CITY CENTER ONE arose four years ago, one year later negotiations with investors and consultants began.
The private investors from Austria, professor of architecture, Wolfgang Kaufmann and Consul Dr. Hubert Hofmann, who already own similar projects in Central Europe, invested their money in the construction of CITY CENTER ONE.

CITY CENTER ONE – the first classical mall in Zagreb
total area 61 000 sqm, about 80% of total area are for business premises, the rest consists of store rooms and secondary rooms. Parking space for 1700 cars, 85 shops, 7 restaurants, additionally services and the first hypermarket in Zagreb: Interspar.

 

Renters – national and international brands in CITY CENTER ONE:

Zagreb Tower
The second project, which has been realized by onlinehausverwaltung d.o.o. in Croatia, is the modern business centre Zagreb Tower. This building consists of a 22 floor tower and a 9 floor low building with 25.700 sqm usable floor space. With a height of 79 m Zagrebtower is one of the outstanding buildings in Zagreb. The total area of the tower amounts 15.000 sqm, the rest 10.000 sqm belong to the low building. Two basements offer space for about 500 cars.

The modern design of the Zagreb Tower suits the newest needs of architecture. The building offers space for expansion and individual arrangement. Every office type is possible. The climate control of the offices is achieved by the fancoil system and a controllable heating system. Every room of the tower was equipped with an automatic sprinkler – fire compartment system, a mechanic ventilation system, a thermal insulation and sun protection and optional sound insulation. Building security and video monitoring around the clock.

This, in the centre of Zagreb´s dynamic business district located new office building is conveniently placed as regards transport facilities and both by car and public transportation easily accessible.
